I love how this pasta doesn't taste bitey. It cooks up great and really has a nice umai feel

I love this pasta!!! It has great flavor on its own, cooks nicely, and goes great with veggies (e.g. diced onions, carrots, celery) & parmesan. Also delicious with just oil & cheese.
